Learning the Bugle
I have been wanting to learn the bugle for months. My mom surprised me with a bugle today. I am determined to learn to play the bugle before summer camp.
My daughter took on the trumpet when she was in middle school. I remember and encampment or two where she she played 'lets go band' to wake everyone. Then she played Taps at the end of the day. She chose to play that for her recital and her teacher commended her that it was not done by remembering the hand positions but how she formed her lips. I wish she still had it and played at encampment. good luck with your learning.
